Flash Cards Creation - http://www.studyblue.com/online-flashcards
Sometimes as a student you find it better to remind yourself
over and over again until you get it. With flash cards you are able to be your
own teacher. This website helps the kids use something they can not live
without, and that’s their phone. The study blue site allows you to create the
flash cards by phone. Create the definition and take a picture of what your
talking about and use you voice to record what your seeing. The app is
available for android and iphone. This falls under the category of drill and
practice. I would use this form of software to help with a certain definition
portion of the subject we are doing during that time. This will fall under the
drill and practice.
Jeopardy Game Maker- http://www.superteachertools.com/jeopardy/editgame.php
This software can help create question and answers in the
form of the game show Jeopardy. It has the value for each question and
separates the questions in set category. This software helps you to create a
unique way of using groups during bigger classes to compete against each other.
I would use it for a down day or even in the form a test. This would fall under
the instructional software.
Think Analogy Puzzles-

This software can help
kids understand analogies. It can help them to analysis words and help develop
a stronger understanding of vocabulary words. Being able to allow kids to work
together helps them to develop relationships with each other while helping
his/her classmate. It would fit what I am doing because I plan on going into
the Language Arts. This will fall under the problem solving software.
This software will would
fall under the form of a material generator. This would be helpful when
encouraging a student to continue to do better and let them see their progress.
In my case as a coach it would help create certificates for my ball players for
their participation.
I also used study blue as a example I think this is a great resource for teachers to use for helping students to study.
